we have supplied let us know straight away so we can get it fixed within the warranty period.
Our warranty process in 3 simple steps
Step 1. Contact us on 1300 737 871 to discuss what the problem is with the product. Sometimes
you may just need some help with the settings of a piece of equipment, that's not a problem because we provide unlimited phone/email technical
support on all of our products.
Step 2. If this doesn't resolve the problem the next step is to organise for the product
to get back to us as quick as possible.
Step 3. When we receive the item we will assess the problem and either fix or replace the
unit and get it back to you as soon as we can! While we fix the problem you will be kept in the loop of the timeline to get you back up and

an extended extra 1 year warranty free of charge!
Let’s be clear. We stand by our equipment and our customers. Instrument Choice’s warranty exceeds that of any other supplier, as well as the
warranty of the manufacturer, for purchases from May 2019 onwards. We will add an extra 1-year warranty on everything apart from consumables.*
* Consumables include any item(s) used in conjunction with the operation of a product that degrades over time and needs regular replacement.
