Ordering Frequently Asked Questions
All items that are listed online with stock available at the time of ordering (except battery catalogue items) will be shipped the same day, if order placed before 2pm AEST Mon-Fri (South Australia business days only).
When your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your online tracking number. The delivery time of your order will depend on your location and the shipment method you choose. For smaller items under 5kg (weight or cubed) our 'Free Startrack Service' will deliver to capital city areas overnight. Larger reach you within 2-5 business days. How do I return or exchange an item?
Please call us on 1300 737 871 and we can arrange free shipping back to Instrument Choice. Make sure you first read our free 30 days return policy to ensure the prompt processing of your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once Instrument Choice has received your returned goods into our store in the condition specified in our free 30 days return policy , or as agreed with Instrument Choice staff, your requested refund will be processed within 14 working days and credited to your original payment source.
The item I want is out of stock, can I still order it?
Of course! After ordering you will receive an email confirming the item(s) is on backorder. As soon as we're sure of the shipping date you'll receive another email confirming delivery details. Excpect the second email to arrive within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of the date of ordering.
